Breakfast
The traditional French breakfast, made up of a selection of local and homemade products, is served in the garden between 8:30 am and 10 am. If the weather does not allow it, it is served under the vaults.
- home-made or local organic juices according to the season
- oilseeds soaked the day before in water for a better supply of minerals
- seasonal fresh or dried fruits and berries (wolf berries, cranberries, almonds …)
- sheep cheese from the Larzac, cottage cheese
- different breads, the classic baguette or natural sourdough and fresh pastries
- home-made or local organic jams and honey, also home-made compote
- boiled eggs on request
- hot drinks: coffee, tea, chocolate, herbal tea.

Table d'hôtes
At the table d’hôtes, Bénédicte offers a family menu according to the market, in summer from June to September.
Tuesday :
Table d’hôtes
Starter: tomato salad or roast goat cheese with thyme
Dish: saddle of Larzac lamb with seasonal vegetables
OR
Veal saltimbocca with mashed potatoes and olives
Dessert: Panacotta with seasonal fruitsPrice: 33 €
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
Homemade picnic basket served in jars, depending on the season:
- Burrata tomato salad or melon, feta watermelon, or cold zucchini soup
- Eggplant roll with sheep cheese or vegetable tartlet, shredded chicken
- Seasonal fruit dessert
To order in the morning to enjoy in the garden at sunset.
Price: 22 €
Every evening at 7 p.m., except Tuesday and Sunday:
Aperitif
- 1 glass of Domaine wine
- Homemade tapenade, raw ham chiffonade, vegetables from the garden
Price: 11 €
Homemade foie gras galantine: €6 extra
Sunday:
No catering service
Bénédicte will tell you the best addresses near the Salente area, or a picnic basket made by the service provider Alfred&Co, to enjoy in the garden.

Estate Wines

The wines of the Domaine will accompany your aperitifs and meals.
Bottle prices (75 cl):
- Red of Salente 2020 (grenache): 12 €
- White of Salente 2019 (Viognier): 12 €
- Rosé of Salente 2020 (grenache): 12 €
- Sparkling rosé of Daumas Gassac: 20 €
The Estate reserves the exclusivity of the wines.
Kitchen Area
A kitchen area is available free of charge in a common room. It includes:
- microwave oven
- dishwasher
- a refrigerator per room, to deposit your perishable goods (fruits, cheeses, …)
- coffee machine
- ice maker
- kettle
- dishes
In order to avoid plastic waste, returnable glass sparkling water bottles are offered to you and thermos flasks are available for your outings.
